Devine Wine Cellars

In Piedmont, wine has always been made and Fubine Monferrato has always been an expression of the culture of winemakers, just as Enosis Meraviglia, which is located on a hill surrounded by vineyards, is oenologists. But in addition to the prestigious consulting and research center of Donato Lanati, Fubine stands out for its wineries. Colle Manora by Giorgio Schön, the cellars of Liedholm, Villa Remotti and Mario Pastorello produce the Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC and the Barbera d’Asti. On June 22nd 2014, the region of Monferrato with its Infernot, Barbera and the Asti Spumante, during the 38th session of the UNESCO committee in Doha, was officially included, together with Langhe and Roero, in the list of assets of the Humanity. Here the vine has always been cultivated with excellent results. Over the years, given the good quality of the land, new vineyards and varieties other than the traditional ones (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Nero and Chardonnay) were also planted for the creation of new wines. The Monferrato offers a largely intact environment in its original features, the result of centuries of culture in preserving a heritage in which nature, inspiration and innovation have always coexisted in perfect harmony. The philosophy of producing quality wines in complete respect for the environment, qualifies the cellars of the territory among the best of all the Monferrato.
